You enter the apartment into the light and airy lounge which has two large patio doors leading out onto the lounge balcony and the pool terrace. It has soft seating and a TV/DVD/CD player.
The lounge is open plan with the fully fitted modern kitchen with built in washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob.
The rest of the ground floor incorporates a double bedroom overlooking the pool and a shower room with w.c. and wash basin. A decorative wooden staircase leads off the lounge and up to the first floor.

Off the landing is a double/twin bedroom with superb sea views from your bed over the Med!
There is a bathroom with shower over, again with a w.c. and wash basin.
This room also opens onto the roof terrace, which has the best views in the apartment and is large enough for dining and entertaining if you fancy a change from the pool terrace!
Kalkan Apartment: Poolside, Lounge Balcony & Roof Terrace
Outside there are three separate area to sit and enjoy the Kalkan weather, the stunning views and, of course, relax with food and drink!
Firstly: the poolside terrace, accessible from the lounge with access to the private pool and a small landscaped garden.
Secondly: the lounge balcony, large enough to dine and entertain, with lovely views across the bay.
Finally: the roof terrace where you can admire the magnificent views over Kalkan Bay whilst you relax in comfort and soak up the Kalkan sunshine.
The open plan lounge/kitchen and both bedrooms have modern air conditioning units.
The property also has the benefit of electric underfloor heating. Ideal for Winter season and soaking up the December and January sunshine.
